2. Scope and amendment of the conditions of use

The scope of these Terms and Conditions is limited to https://torodes.com it covers a website. Unless otherwise specified, the Terms and Conditions do not apply to websites that: https://torodes.com it can be accessed via a link on a website.

The data thus recorded cannot be linked to other personal data at all, but only for statistical purposes in order to further develop the website.

Miklós Gergő E.V. Horváth reserves the right to place a “cookie” on the user’s client (Cookie: alphanumeric variable information package sent by the web server). The user can block this by setting his browser.

4. User’s duties and responsibilities

The user is obliged to exercise due diligence in providing his/her data (in this case: Newsletter). The user can only visit the website under his own responsibility. Miklós Gergő E.V. Horváth does not accept liability for any damage or inconvenience caused to the user during use as a result of the user’s failure to act with due diligence.
The user must use the website fairly, taking into account the rights and interests of others. The user shall comply with the legislation in force and shall refrain from any action which is unlawful or which harms the interests of others. In particular, the user must respect the privacy and moral rights of others, intellectual property rights, in particular the rules on the protection of literary, scientific and artistic works, inventions, designs, utility models and trademarks protected by copyright. The user shall refrain from committing an administrative offence or a criminal offence.

All users are obliged to refrain from any action that hinders the intended use of the site. All users are obliged to refrain from any action that would harm the interests of Miklós Gergő E.V. Horváth. In addition to the above, Miklós Gergő E.V. Horváth may impose additional restrictions and inform users thereof.
Users can only provide their own personal data on the website. The provision of data of other persons constitutes unlawful processing which may have consequences laid down in separate legislation.

In the absence of a written authorisation, the Licensee shall not have any right to use the intellectual property, in particular to copy, reproduce, exploit, sell, modify, adapt or make it available to the public. Intellectual property may only be used in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular Act LXXVI of 1999 on copyright. Misappropriation has criminal and civil law consequences. Anyone may make a copy of the content of the website for private/domestic use if it is not used indirectly for the purpose of earning or increasing income. Copies may be made in a manner and to the extent appropriate for the purpose, for private use and for internal institutional purposes other than business activities, for scientific or educational use, provided that they are not used indirectly for the purpose of earning or increasing income.
